Ukas, Boris Bakotić, Robert Matulja, Marko Matić i Ante Kovačević.
Na put su krenuli na vrijeme, ali nisu imali sreće s avionima, pa su u Izrael stigli samo par sati prije starta Prvenstva.
Iznimno lijepo dočekani od domaćina predvođenih našim starim prijateljima, Orenom i Nirom, proveli su nezaboravnih tjedan dana na istočnoj strani Mediterana.
Na regatnom polju su vladali razni uvjeti. Značajan udio u izboru taktike su činile morske struje koje su u jednom dijelu zaljeva bile značajne. Vjetar je zato bio raznolik po snazi. Uglavnom se jedrilo po vjetrovima za A komplet jedara, dok se u drugom dijelu regate jedrilo i s B jedrima.
Naši jedriličari su od samog početka pokazali da su došli s najozbiljnijim namjerama i skoro svi su se odmah plasirali u prih deset. Do pauze u sredini natjecanja sve je obećavalo da ćemo na postolju imati najmanje dva predstavnika. Međutim, nakon dana odmora Zvonko Jelačić je krenuo sa silaznom putanjom. Unatoč tome u reprezentaciji nije došlo do pada morala, pa su ostali održali pozicije koje su imali, a neki su krenuli i prema naprijed.
Najpostojaniji je na kraju bio Marko Matić koji je Prvesntvo završio kao svjetski viceprvak! Zadnjih dana je bio u iznimno dobroj formi, pa je malo nedostajalo da napadne i prvo mjesto! Ali vremenske prilike nisu dozvolile održavanje još jednog jedrenja koje bi omogućilu tu šansu za Marka.
U prvih deset se smjestilo još 5 naših natjecatelja, dok se cijela reprezentacija smjestila u 14. najboljih na svijetu. Plasmani naše reprezentacije su bili slijedeći:

Kao još jednu zanimljivost treba spomenuti da je 6 od 8 jedrilica našeg tima bilo po projektu Korporacije, odnosno svi osim Ukasa i Vesanovića su jedrili s Kantunima i Kantunima S. Ukas je jedrio s Pikantom koji je također proizvod Korporacije, dok je jedino Vesanović vozio BritPop!
I za kraj spomenimo da je svjetski prvak britanac Rob Walsh koji je na prošlom SVjetskom prvenstvu završio kao 5.
Još se nezna gdje će se organizirati iduće SP, ali po prvim informacijama za sada je priča da će se kandidirati San Francisco.
October 11th to 19th 2013 - Sdot Yam, Israel
After the World Cup in England when our team was surprised by the conditions on the race field, this time preparations were better so the boats and sails were adapted to the conditions that were in Israel .
The team in Sdot Yam had 8 members: Vedran Vesanović, Zvonko Jelačić, Mario Škrlj, Mirko Ukas, Boris Bakotić, Robert Matulja, Marko Matić and Ante Kovačević.
They had no luck with planes and they arrived in Israel just a few hours before the start of the Championships.
They Very nice welcomed by the host, led by our old friends, Oren and Nir, and they spent a memorable week on the eastern side of the Mediterranean.
In the race area were various conditions. A significant proportion in the choice of tactics consisted of sea currents, which are in one part of the bay were significant. The wind was varied by force. Mainly sailing were on the winds for A rig, while in the second part of the race B rigs were used.
Our sailors from the begenning showed that they camed with the most serious intentions and nearly all were immediately placed in top ten. Before break in the middle of the competition it loked that we will have at least two representatives on the podium. However, after a lay day, Zvonko Jelačić started with a downward path. Despite this the team has not been a demotivated the other held positions they held and some have started to go forward.
At the end the most stabile sailing had Marko Matić who finished Championship as world vice champion! The last day he was in extremely good shape! But the weather did not allow the maintenance of one more race that would give chance to Marko to attack first place.
In the top ten were situated 5 more our competitors while the whole team placed in 14 best in the world.

As another interesting thing I have to mention that six of eight of our sailing team boats was designed by the Corporation, and all except Ukas and Vesanović sailed with Kantuns and Kantuns S. Ukas sailed with Pikanto which is also product of the Corporation, while Vesanović sailed BritPop!
And finally let's mention that the world champion is Rob Walsh who was at the last World Championships finished as fifth.
Still it isn't known where will be organised the next World Cup, but at the first information for now it will be in San Francisco.
